Your stories Erika says: "...During the rain, a wall in my kitchen became soaked, and the plaster fell off. I can always let it dry myself, and re-plaster it myself, but I don't have a clue what to do with what caused this from the outside, or what needs to be fixed outside. I don't think this is at all major, especially compared to a friend whose ceiling caved in because of a leak -- but she has insurance, and I don't. Can FEMA help? I have no idea how to reach them."
