GRAY - A homeless woman is behind bars, charged with holding up a Gray convenience store.
Police said a masked woman stormed into the Big Apple store on Portland Road at about 10 p.m. on Tuesday and demanded money. She took less than $100 from the register before running off, they said.
The investigation led police to a home in Gray, where they arrested Bethany Storey, 28.
Her bail has been set at $5,000.
