WATERVILLE — Diet and exercise get top billing when discussion turns to health and fitness, but School Health Coordinator Kristen Gilbert insists that humor should be part of the equation as well.

“We on the Wellness Team all believe that laughter is the best medicine,” Gilbert said.

That is why Gilbert and her fellow teachers, students and community members on the Wellness Team saw fit to arrange a show by The Maine Hysterical Society on Wednesday night at Waterville Senior High School.

The show by the performing group is scheduled for 7 in Trask Auditorium. Tickets are $10 per person and can be obtained by calling the central office at 873-2751.
