Warmer Weekend Temps

Shed your scarves and mittens — at least for a day.

According to the National Weather Service in Gray, temperatures in Augusta and Waterville will hit the mid-50s today. The skies will be mostly sunny, with west winds of 10 to 15 mph.

Tonight, skies will be mostly clear with lows in the upper 20s and northwest winds around 10 mph.

Saturday is expected to be mostly sunny with highs in the mid-40s and light winds with a chance of rain and snow showers after midnight. The weather serivce is calling for highs in the upper 40s Sunday.
