Payne Road open to traffic

SCARBOROUGH — A section of Payne Road reopened to traffic early Monday morning, following repair of a broken water main.

The break was reported around 10:30 a.m. Sunday, and the road was closed between U.S. Route 1 and Beech Ridge Road.

Repairs on the ruptured main were completed around 3 a.m.
