IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 9:20 a.m., the theft of a cell phone was reported on Kennedy Memorial Drive.
8:04 a.m., an employee at the Alfond Municipal Pool on North Street asked for extra patrol after finding a lifeguard chair outside the fence the past couple mornings. The caller thought the chair was put there for people to climb over the fence.
Sunday at 7:44 p.m., a large group had reportedly assembled again on Sherwin Street.
7:02 p.m., a caller from Bartlett Street reportedly witnessed a woman “key” a neighbor’s car.
4:53 p.m., a woman shoplifter was reported at Hannaford’s at JFK Mall.
IN WINSLOW, Sunday at 10:53 p.m., a man with a bandage on his hand was seen punching out car windows on Stobie Street.
4:17 p.m., a burglary was reported on Bassett Road.
12:51 p.m., a brush fire was reported on Abbott Road.
Arrests
IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 9:40 p.m., Matthew Chase, 20, of Winslow, arrested on Broadway Street on a warrant out of South Portland.
