IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 9:36 a.m., a caller from Clearview Avenue reported a dead cat in the pool.

8:16 a.m., a burglary of a motor vehicle was reported sometime overnight on College Avenue.

12:31 a.m., a caller from Pleasantdale Avenue reported stolen CDs.

Wednesday at 10:40 p.m., criminal mischief was reported to a car parked outside Champions on Elm Plaza.

10:05 p.m., an assault at Wal-Mart resulted on an arrest later in Oakland.

9:15 p.m., a woman told police someone had drawn phallic symbols on her car windows in the Kmart parking lot. Police said it appeared to be done with some
kind of paint, possibly a bingo dauber.

8:53 p.m., a domestic dispute was reported on Kelsey Street.

3:31 p.m., a used hypodermic needle was reported found on College Avenue.

2:41 p.m., the city cascade truck was dispatched to Vassalboro for mutual aid on a structure fire.

IN OAKLAND, Thursday at 12:36 a.m., a burglary of a home and the theft of a change jar was reported on Fairfield Street.

10:55 a.m., a caller from Oak Street reported a neighbor let out their dog to attack his dog while out for a walk.

IN FAIRFIELD, Thursday at 8:08 a.m., a burglary of a motor vehicle was reported on Ricker Street.

7:45 a.m., a burglary of a motor vehicle was reported on Burns Street.

Wednesday at 12:27 p.m., a caller reported mischief done at Hinckley General Store on Skowhegan Road.

5:40 p.m., an assault complaint was investigated on Martin Stream Road.

12:50 p.m., a vehicle was reportedly damaged after someone tried to steal the catalytic converter.

10:25 a.m., vandalism to mailboxes was reported on Upper Main Street.

7 a.m., a search was carried out on the Falls Road in Benton.

IN CLINTON, Thursday at 7:55 a.m., vandalism was reported at Powers Auto Center on Main Street.

Wednesday at 2:05 p.m., a school bus driver was reportedly having issues with children on the bus and called police.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Wednesday at 6:47 a.m., a caller reported a theft on Hathaway Street.

9:05 a.m., police investigated report of a theft on Parlin Street.

11:37 a.m., police investigated a reported theft at George’s Smoke Shop on Water Street.

12:52 p.m., a caller reported theft of items from West Front Street.

1:52 p.m., police investigated report of theft at Laney’s Pit Stop on Waterville Road.

IN ANSON, Wednesday at 9:28 a.m., police investigated report of mischief done to Jordan Collision Repair on Finch Street.

IN HARTLAND, Wednesday at 10:14 a.m., police investigated report of a theft on Blake Street.

IN PITTSFIELD, Wednesday at 1:45 p.m., police investigated report of theft on Somerset Avenue.

Arrests

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 12:48 a.m., Dana Kitchen, 57, of Waterville, arrested on Main Street on a charge of violating conditions of release.

Wednesday at 11:55 p.m., Stacy Holmes, 39, of Oakland, arrested on an assault charge.

IN FAIRFIELD, Thursday at 3:15 a.m., Todd Overlock, 34, of Fairfield, arrested on Skowhegan Road on charges of operating under the influence and criminal trespass.

Wednesday at 1:45 p.m., Stephen Thibodeau, 49, of Fairfield, arrested on Water Street on a charge of violating the conditions of release.
