IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 9:23 a.m., vandalism was reported to a vehicle on Crestwood drive.

Sunday at 7:36 p.m., a man was issued a summons for violation of privacy after allegedly looking into the windows of a home on Kennedy Memorial Drive.

7:10 p.m., police investigated a report of someone screaming for help at the boat landing.

4:51 p.m., people were warned for disorderly conduct on Chaplin Street.

4:28 p.m., criminal trespass was reported on Oakland Street.

1:27 p.m., theft of a wallet was reported on Crestwood Drive.

IN WINSLOW, Sunday at 1:12 p.m., a caller from Clinton Avenue requested a police officer for an ongoing dispute on Clinton Avenue.

IN OAKLAND, Sunday at 2:44 p.m., tires were reportedly set on fire, on a truck, on Broomhandle Road.

2:09 p.m., an assault report was investigated on Oak Street.

IN BINGHAM, Sunday at 12:15 p.m., a caller reported an auto theft at 176 Main St.

IN CANAAN, Sunday at 1:01 a.m., an Adams Road resident reported a disturbance.

IN FAIRFIELD, Sunday at 9:21 p.m., a Burrill Street resident reported violation of an order.

6:38 p.m., a Hardwood Lane resident reported an assault.

2:21 p.m., police made an arrest following a report of suspicious activity at 303 Upper Main St.

Saturday at 6:11 p.m., a Newhall Street resident reported violation of an order.

IN HARTLAND, Saturday at 6:25 a.m., a Commercial Street resident reported a burglary.

IN MADISON, Sunday at 1:07 a.m., police issued a warning following a report of loud noises on John Street.

IN NORRIDGEWOCK, Sunday at 5:25 p.m., a Welch Street resident reported an assault.

IN PITTSFIELD, Sunday at 1:06 a.m., a caller reported criminal mischief at 198 Peltoma Ave.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Sunday at 9:05 p.m., a Winter Street resident reported a disturbance.

4:21 p.m., a Notch Road resident reported a suicide.

Arrests

IN SKOWHEGAN, Sunday, Donald Johnson, 35, of Canaan was arrested on a charge of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.

IN MADISON, Sunday, Joseph C. Ducharme, 23, of Madison was arrested on a charge of failure to appear.

IN FAIRFIELD, Sunday at 1p.m., Jarrod Williams, 32, of Brewer was arrested on a charge of refusing to sign a summons.

Friday, Michael Garland, 20, of Oakland was arrested on a charge of unlawful drug trafficking.

IN ANSON, Friday, Richard Pinkham, 25, of North Anson was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

IN RIPLEY, Saturday at 8:30 p.m., Reginald Melvin, 42, of Ripley was arrested on a charge of violating the conditions of his release.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday, John Pellerin, 35, of Skowhegan was arrested on a charge of unpaid fines or fees.

Friday, Troy Walther, 24, of Anson was arrested on a charge of operating after suspension.

James Sirois II, 25, of Fairfield was arrested on a charge of unlawful drug trafficking.

Joseph Goodwin, 26, of Canaan was arrested on a charge of violating the terms of his probation.

Sept. 5, James Scraggs, 24, of Liverpool, New York, was arrested in New York on a charge of violating the terms of his probation.
