Plaques will be dedicated this weekend at three locations to honor Maine Army National Guard soldiers who died in Iraq. The three Mainers served with the 133rd Engineer Battalion during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004.
A plaque for Sgt. Christopher D. Gelineau will be dedicated 11 a.m. Saturday at the Stevens Avenue Armory, 772 Stevens Ave.
Staff Sgt. Lynn R. Poulin will be honored with a plaque 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Belfast Armory in Belfast.
A plaque honoring Sgt. Thomas J. Dostie will be dedicated 11 a.m. Sunday at the Augusta Armory.
The events are open to the public.
