SKOWHEGAN — A Hartland man was arraigned Tuesday on charges that he robbed a man in a wheelchair of more than 600 Oxycodone pills with a street value of at least $14,385 on Friday.

Troy D. Constable, 38, was charged with robbery and stealing drugs, both felonies, according to police.

One pill bottle held 317, 30-miligram tablets and the other bottle held 331, 15-miligram tablets, according to Detective Sgt. Daniel Summers.
“A $1 a miligram, that’s the going rate on the street,” Summers said.
