Friday, 3:45 p.m., a woman went to police station after witnessing a hit-and-run at the Palmyra Wal-Mart.

IN MADISON, Sunday at 5 p.m., Ryan Begin, 27, of Starks was arrested on a charge of violating bail conditions.
11:30 a.m., Walter Argraves, 52, of Athens was arrested on a charge of operating after suspension.
IN FAIRFIELD, Monday, Timothy Jurdak, 49, of Fairfield was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.
IN NORRIDGEWOCK, Monday, Tornia Bowring, 37, of Norridgewock was arrested on a charge of failure to pay a fine.
