PITTSFIELD—Graffiti has been found in another bathroom at Maine Central Institute a day after classes were canceled in response to a threat written on a bathroom wall.
Students and parents were notified of the discovery, but classes continued as usual after the graffiti was found in Founders Hall Wednesday morning, said Kathy Dion of MCI.
Students were being questioned by school officials and Pittsfield police, Dion said
All school activities were called off Tuesday in response to graffiti found last week in a bathroom in the math and science building. The message, which included threats to students, included a reference to Tuesday's date, Dec. 18, 2007.
The graffiti found Wednesday did not include a specific threat, Dion said. Officials believe the message was written by a copycat.
