Arrests at Somerset County Jail:

IN MADISON, Thursday at 3 p.m., Howard Estes, 51, of Madison was arrested on a charge of domestic assault on Clifton Street.

IN PITTSFIELD, Thursday at 8:50 a.m., Becky Cookson, 32, of Pittsfield was arrested on a charge of failure to pay a fine.

IN WESTBROOK, Thursday at 8:30 a.m., Steven Lewis, 34, of Westbrook was arrested on a charge of failure to pay a fine.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 12:40 p.m., Brandi Laporte, 25, of Fairfield was arrested on a charge of failure to pay fines.
