WATERVILLE — Police are distributing registered sex offender leaflets Friday in two sections of the city.

The offenders are Brian Ouellette, 37, living at 58 Silver St. and Tony Colon, 24, of 13 Hathaway St.

Both men are lifetime registrants for gross sexual assaults on children. Both are on probation.

Ouellette’s victim was under the age of 8. Colon’s victim was under 15.
