THORNDIKE — The nonprofit organization that conducted a capital campaign for the Mount View Performing Arts Center has now set its sights on on the athletic fields at the new School Administrative District 3 school.

Future MSAD 3 is planning a capital campaign for enhancements and improvements to Mount View’s new and existing athletic fields.

The organization and the SAD 3 board have created a committee that will seek public input on athletic facility enhancements; conduct research; develop a comprehensive master plan with the architects; and secure cost estimates.

Community members who are willing to work on this plan in cooperation with all project stakeholders are invited to the first organizational meeting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 13, at the Mount View High School Library.
