WATERVILLE - For the second night in a row Wednesday, thieves broke into the Radio Shack store on Elm Plaza, police said.
And for the second night in a row the culprits, dropping into the store through a vent in the roof, made off with inexpensive merchandise, walking right past $800 laptop computers, iPods and Play Station-3 gaming systems.
Store manager Robbie Poulin said the first night the thief took a memory card for a digital camera.
Early Wednesday, he or she came back for the camera itself, valued at about $130 — and this time, police were at the scene within two minutes.
There were no arrests.
