State police say a Camden woman was killed in a car crash on Route 17 in Hope when she was thrown from her SUV.

Troopers said Tracey Feener, 37, was killed instantly when she was thrown from her vehicle when it overturned. Feener was alone at the time of the crash which was reported about noon on Sunday.

Trooper Jeremiah Wesbrock said Feener's 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe drifted off the road on a long curve, became airborne after hitting a snow bank and came to rest on on its side. Feener was not wearing a seat belt.

State Police were assisted at the crash site by members of the Knox Sheriff's Department.
