Biddeford credit union robbed

The People's Choice Federal Credit Union on Bradbury Street in Biddeford was robbed this afternoon, according to the Biddeford police. Authorities are searching for the suspect.

At about 12:13 p.m., a white man entered the credit union and walked to the teller line, according to authorities. The man demanded money and was given an undisclosed amount. He left on foot.

The suspect is about 6 feet or taller and 180 pounds. He is clean cut in appearance and wearing a baseball cap and a dark-colored fleece jacket.

Police will not say at this time whether any weapons were used.
