Comedian Bob Marley is saying thanks to his fans with a fan appreciation day at Shawnee Peak in Bridgton.

Marley's fans can ski for free from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday. Free equipment rental is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Space is limited. To register, go to Marley's Web site. A ski voucher will be e-mailed to you.

Participants must be over 18 years old. Parents may sign up to bring two children.
