CHELSEA — A public hearing and special town meeting to vote on an appeals board ordinance and an amendment to the building permit ordinance on Tuesday has been postponed, town clerk Judy Jones said Friday.

Neither the hearing or meeting has been rescheduled as of Friday afternoon, Jones said.
