WATERVILLE - The Planning Board on Monday will consider final plans for 12 townhouse units of student housing at Thomas College.

The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at The Center downtown.
In other matters, the board will consider plans for a 3,753-square-foot Maine State Credit Union at 81 Grove Street.

The board will consider a request to rezone three properties in the Lockwood Mill complex on Water Street from contract zone to downtown industrial zone and consider reducing the parking standard for that zone.

Also, planners will consider a letter of support for Muskie Center renovations.
