WINDSOR -- The Windsor Educational Foundation and Reed Fund board of directors were named Monday.

F. Gerard Nault was elected president and Robert Moody, vice-president. Town treasurer Carl E. Pease automatically serves as the foundation's treasurer by virtue of provisions in the bylaws.

The foundation's board discussed establishing the organization as a 501(c)(3) for federal tax purposes and plan to pursue this course in the coming months.

The next meeting of the foundation's board is scheduled for Monday evening, at 6:30 p.m. on July 21 at the Windsor Town Hall.
