WATERVILLE - Residents may drop off yard waste including leaves, pine needles and small branches at the Public Works Department on Wentworth Court from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday until June 27, according to Public Works Director Mark Turner.

Yard waste also will be accepted from 7 a.m. to noon on two Saturdays -- May 10 and 17, for those who cannot get there during the week, Turner said Wednesday.

There is no fee for disposal. Those bringing yard waste in trash bags are asked to remove it from the bags, dump it and take the bags with them, Turner said.
