Maine resident Don McLean, famous for song "American Pie," will perform a free concert at L.L. Bean in Freeport during the store's Outdoor Family Fun Weekend, which runs May 24 to 26.

McLean's concert takes place at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 24.

Also appearing during the weekend is 2006 Olympic Snowboard Cross gold medalist Seth Wescott. Wescott will be at the store signing autographs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 24. Go to www.llbean.com for details.
