WATERVILLE - The City Council will hold a budget workshop at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the council chambers at The Center to continue discussing the proposed municipal and school budget. Specific items to be discussed had not been finalized as of Monday. A regular council meeting will be held at 7 p.m. after the budget workshop. The agenda for that meeting also has not been finalized.
