SCARBOROUGH - A man whose two pit bulls mauled a neighbor’s Pomeranian to death last month is scheduled to be arraigned on June 6 in Cumberland County District Court.

The District Attorney’s Office is charging Joseph Bowser with two counts of keeping a dangerous dog. At the arraignment, Bowser, 47 of 8 Burnham Road, will enter a plea of guilty or not guilty.
