Gov. John Baldacci has ordered all flags across the state to be flown at half-staff tomorrow in honor of Maine’s latest fallen solider.

Flags are to be lowered from sunrise to sunset, Baldacci said.

Army Spc. Justin L. Buxbaum, of South Portland, died May 26 in Kushamond, Afghanistan. He was 23.

The U.S. Department of Defense said he died of non-combat related injuries.
