FALMOUTH — The Gilsland Farm Audubon Center holds its annual Peony Bloom and Ice Cream Social tonight.

This is an annual event tied to the Maine Audubon Society's yearly meeting, which starts around 5:30 p.m. At 6:45 p.m., the meeting moves outdoors to the peony garden with presentations of Maine Audubon's annual awards and recognitions.

Garden tours start at 7:15 p.m. and so does the ice cream social.

This event is free and open to the public, but advance registration is necessary by calling 781-2332 ext. 233.
