WESTBROOK — Police say they arrested a man last night who had prescription drugs that he shouldn't have had.
Paul Miller, 37, was taken into custody by the Westbrook Police Department around 11:30 after serving him with a search warrant of his residence at 9 Winslow St.
Miller was charged with "Possession of Schedule W Prescription Drugs," a Class C crime punishable by up to five years in jail and a $5,000 fine. Schedule W drugs are drugs such as morphine, oxycodone, hydrocodone and hydromorphone. Miller is being held at the Cumberland County Jail.
