Parking complaint leads to drug arrests

WESTBROOK — Two men are facing drug charges after an officer investigating a parking complaint on Brown Street observed a drug deal, according to police.

Jerald Rideout, 41, of Gorham was arrested Wednesday and charged with possession of methadone, trafficking in oxycodone and trafficking in marijuana.

Philip Deprez, 40, of Westbrook, was charged with trafficking in alprazolam and violation of probation.

A third person, 26-year-old Jessica Blanchard of Westbrook, was arrested on several warrants.
