Felony forgery arrest in Madison

IN MADISON, Tuesday at 8:30 p.m., Joanne Cwikia, 54, of Madison, was arrested on four counts of aggravated forgery. The crimes are listed as Class B felonies, punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

Other arrests

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 8:52 p.m., Robert Breton, 55, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release on Gray Street.

IN WINSLOW, Wednesday at 10:45 a.m., Maxim Turmelle, 18, of Waterville was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release on Clinton Avenue.

10:45 a.m., Cathy-Jo Cinanni, 36, of Winslow was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release on Clinton Avenue.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 9 p.m., Leif Schinzel, 23, of North Anson, arrested on charges of assault and criminal threatening.

IN CANAAN, Wednesday at 9:50 a.m., Christian Howe, 24, of Palmyra, arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.

IN FAIRFIELD, Wednesday at 6:20 p.m., Roland Tuttle, 20, of Fairfield was arrested on a warrant on Main Street.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Tuesday at 10:29 p.m., Brad Banister, 28, of Anson, arrested on charges of operating after suspension and failure to pay fines.
