Firefighters from surrounding towns wrap up hoses used in fighting a house fire in North Monmouth this morning. No one was injured.

NORTH MONMOUTH — Firefighters are on the scene of a house and barn fire on Outlet Drive in North Monmouth.

The fire, which began about 8:30 a.m., has destroyed the barn and continues to damage the house. No one was hurt, and the owners are out of state on vacation, fire officials said.
