Joseph D'amour, 86, seen in the picture at left, was last seen at his residence in Auburn. Family members say D'amour has been suffering from a medical condition and they are concerned that he may try to harm himself. Although he is believed to be carrying a handgun, police do not believe him to be a threat to public safety.

He is described as having gray hair, hazel-colored eyes, about six feet tall, last seen wearing a blue, long-sleeve shirt and tan pants. His car is a silver 2003 Toyota Rav 4 with a license plate reading 6863IC.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts should contact the Auburn Police Department at 333-6650.
