Anson seeks school board director

ANSON $ The Town of Anson currently has a vacancy on the School Administrative District 74 Board of Directors, according to Robert Worthley, administrative assistant to the selectmen.

There were no candidates on the town meeting ballot in March, Worthley said. The term expired on June 30, 2008 and the Board of Selectmen is authorized to appoint a successor, he said.
