Delays in Washington, D.C., mean U.S. Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, will be at the Le Festival de la Bastille on Sunday rather than today.

A note from her office said she now plans to attend the chicken barbecue on Sunday and address the attendees between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Sunday is the last day of the three-day festival which is held at Albert Gagne Field, Old Belgrade Road, Augusta.
