Franklin Arterial outbound goes under reconstruction starting today.

The work will continue until Friday, each day, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. (weather permitting), outbound traffic lanes of Franklin Arterial will be reduced to one lane. There will be delays especially during the evening commute. Drivers should consider other routes between downtown Portland and I-295.
