UP THE STREET: Crowds lining the sidewalk spill onto the street this morning as the Old Hallowell Day parade heads south on Water Street in downtown Hallowell.

The parade is part of the annual Old Hallowell Day celebration which continues with activities all day today capped by fireworks set for 9 p.m.
