BUXTON $ Police are looking for a woman in her 20s who walked into the Tory Hill Variety Store today, showed a handgun and ran off with cash.

The blond woman, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and knee-length black skirt, entered the store on Route 202 around 10:30 a.m., police said.

After the clerk handed over the money she demanded, the woman got into a gray, two-door coupe that headed east on Route 202 toward Gorham.

Police said they have a partial registration number for the vehicle and are continuing their investigation.
