Burglaries, thefts keep police busy

IN OAKLAND, Wednesday at 1:58 p.m., police investigated a reported drug offense on Center Street.

11:08 a.m., a Brickett Point Estates resident reported criminal mischief.

3:39 a.m., police issued a warning following a report of noise on Northwest Road, where they found a party and large bonfire.

IN FREEDOM, Wednesday at 12:13 p.m., a Sibley Road resident reported criminal mischief.

IN FAIRFIELD, Wednesday at 12:05 a.m., police issued a warning following a report of loudness on Water Street.

IN WINSLOW, Wednesday at 3:52 p.m., A Bowden Street resident reported a bicycle stolen from an unlocked garage.

IN ANSON, Thursday at 7:27 a.m., criminal mischief was reported on Embden Pond Road.

1:21 a.m., criminal mischief was reported on Second Street.

4:19 p.m., a burglary on Pease Hill Road resulted in an arrest.

IN BENTON, Wednesday at 8:37 p.m., an auto theft was reported on Poor Bob's Lane.

IN BINGHAM, Wednesday at 12:13 p.m., a report of threatening was investigated on Owens Street.

IN CANAAN, Thursday at 1:57 a.m., a harassment complaint resulted in an arrest on Brown's Corner Road.

IN MADISON, Wednesday at 10:19 a.m., a theft was reported on Old Point Avenue.

IN NEW PORTLAND, Wednesday at 2:37 p.m., a theft was reported on Hutchins Street.

IN PITTSFIELD, Wednesday at 11:45 p.m., a report of criminal mischief was investigated on Pittsfield Street.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Thursday at 12:22 a.m., a disturbance was investigated at Southside Tavern.

Wednesday at 7:39 p.m., vandalism was investigated on Parkman Hill Road.

6:52 p.m., someone came to the police station to report an assault.
