GORHAM $ Gayton Post of Lewiston rallied for three runs in the eighth inning en route to an 8-6 win over Gardiner in semifinal action at the American Legion Baseball tournament. Gayton advanced to a game later in the day while Gardiner was eliminated.
Eddie West started Gayton's rally with his second double of the game and eventually scored his third run of the day on a wild pitch. For Gardiner, Kyle Stilphen doubled twice and drove in two runs while teammate Will Phelps singled, doubled and had two RBIs.
