AUGUSTA -- An Augusta teen is facing several charges in connection with a string of recent car break-ins.
The charges against the 16-year-old boy include burglary of a motor vehicle and theft of a vehicle, Augusta police Sgt. Chris Massey said
The teen, who was arrested Monday evening following a report of a burglary from a vehicle parked at a Stephen King Drive business, continued to be held Tuesday afternoon, Massey said.
The burglaries occurred on Sewall Street, Blaisdell Street and Leavitt Road. The teen also allegedly stole a car from Leavitt Road, Massey said.
