3:07 p.m., a bicyclist on East Pond Road reported a female who appeared to be nearly unconscious was hanging out of a vehicle window and mouthing the words, "Help me." A male was driving the older brown pick up truck, the caller reported. Police were unable to find the truck.
12:19 p.m., a theft of diesel from a dump truck was reported on Evergreen Drive.
IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 8:57 p.m., a case involving threatening was reported on Crestwood Drive.
12:02 p.m., a case involving criminal trespass was reported on Gray Street.
10:12 a.m., a theft from a vehicle was reported on Haley Way.
8 p.m., a case involving threatening was reported on Ticonic Street.
IN WINSLOW, Wednesday at 10:32 p.m., a theft was reported on Clinton Avenue.
10:16 a.m., people reportedly were crawling through a window at a Halifax Street home where the homeowners were reportedly away on vacation.
8:08 a.m., a woman from Halifax Street reported she lost two hearing aids.
Arrest
IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 3:15 p.m., James Welch, 33, of 30 King St., arrested on a probation hold, on Sherwin Street.
