AUBURN -- Play has resumed at the Maine Open golf tournament, after the threat of lightning and thunderstorms forced a weather delay.

The players were called off the course at 3:45 p.m. First-round leader Shawn Warren shot even par today on the front nine at Fox Ridge Golf Course.

Tournament officials sent the players back out of the course at 4:15 after the weather threat ended.
