Windham's legislative delegation will hold a community forum on Thursday to brainstorm ideas to help residents in need cope with high heating costs this winter.

Sen. Bill Diamond and Rep. Mark Bryant, both Democrats, and Rep. Gary Plummer, a Republican, will host Windham Helping Windham at 7 p.m. in the auditorium at Windham High School.

The delegation is seeking ideas from town officials, church and civic group members and other residents.
