The Westbrook Planning Board meets tonight to consider zoning changes for a $300 million retail-office project between Stroudwater Street and the Westbrook Arterial.
Stroudwater Place would occupy about 60 acres and include 1 million square feet of retail, 100,000 square feet of office space and 250,000 square feet for sports and entertainment.
At issue today is a contract zone to accommodate the plan. The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the zoning changes and then discuss the proposal.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in room 114 at Westbrook High School.
