WINDSOR - The 120th annual Windsor Fair starts today with "Get Acquainted Day," at the fair.

Fair gates opened at 8 a.m. The midway opens at 1:30 p.m. And post time for harness racing is at 1 p.m.

Events today include the giant pumpkin and squash registration and weigh-in, horse, pony, steer and oxen showing and scooting, poultry and goat shows and, tonight, a demolition derby.

The fairgrounds are off Route 32.
