Accident closes road by Falmouth High School

FALMOUTH -- A section of Woodville Road is closed following an accident today.

A pickup truck with a load of bricks struck a utility pole by Falmouth High School and rolled over, according to town public safety dispatchers. The accident took place around noon. No other vehicles were involved.

Other details of the accident were not immediately available. The road will likely be closed until about 5 p.m. while Central Maine Power replaces the pole.
