At a time unknown, two people were arrested and five others issued summons charging underage drinking on East Old County Road. Jacob Snyder, 21, and Kurt Brackett, 19, both of Newcastle, were each charged with furnishing a place for minors to consume or possess liquor. Snyder also was charged with furnishing liquor to a minor. Four men and one woman, all 18 or 19 years old, were issued summons charging them with being minors consuming or possessing liquor.
At a time unknown, a South Berwick man was issued a summons charging him with being a minor consuming liquor on Academy Hill.

At a time unknown, two Wiscasset people were arrested and charged with sexual abuse of a minor. Joseph D. Fitch, 22, and Chrystine Cromwell, 18, were each charged with two counts of sexual abuse of a minor and one count of unlawful sexual touching. No further information was available.
