One person was killed this morning when a tractor-trailer truck and SUV collided on Route 202 in Unity, according to the Department of Public Safety.

The accident occurred just before 11 a.m. near the Troy town line, police said. State police troopers were investigating the accident this afternoon.

Police haven't released the name of the person killed yet, but may do so later today after family has been notified.
