Wednesday at 7:30 p.m., a caller reported harassing on Willow Drive.
2:29 p.m., a caller reported harassing on First Street.
Friday, at 9:20 a.m., a caller reported theft from a residence on Elm Street.

Arrests
Wednesday at 10:35 p.m., Ryan M. Clark, 24, of Newport, was arrested on Willow Drive on a charge of disorderly conduct and he was summoned for possessing drug paraphernalia.
Thursday, at 8:33 a.m., Zachary Braley, 19, of Plymouth, and Robert Beloin, 28, of Dexter, were both arrested on Water Street on warrants.
